At Thriving Mind Studios we provide Practical Tools for Managing Stress

All of our classess, workshops, and retreats are carefully designed with latest Evidence-based techniques in psychology, combining Mind and Body Practices, accounting for the optimal healing of an individual. 


Overtime, life stress makes our brain more negative and reactive. Therefore, developing Mindfulness skills becomes essential for creating control over own mind, where it tends to go and harnessing the ability to consciously design own life.

Unlocking Your Full Potential

We take a comprehensive approach to mental wellness, incorporating both top-down (from the brain to the body) and bottom-up (from the body to the brain) strategies. Here's how we address it:


  • Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT) We empower you to challenge and combat negative thoughts that contribute to anxiety and depression. Through CBT, you'll develop a more adaptive and positive perspective about yourself and the world around you.


  •  Somatic Practices Our offerings include body-informed practices that utilize breathwork, activate the vagus nerve, ground you in the present moment, and incorporate elements of yoga. These practices help foster a deeper mind-body connection, activation of parasympathetic (relaxation) nervous system, and enhance overall well-being.


  • Mindfulness is a necessary skill for emotional well-being that helps eliminate anxiety, depression, and achieve a better control over own mind and reactions. Since it is so important  and can only be developed through careful practice, we've incorporated mindfulness training into all of our services. 


   

Just like when you are serious about working on your physical health, you'd incorporate different modalities in training, like cardio, balance and strength exercise, for example. When it comes to your mental fitness, you become the strongest developing skills targeting your cognition, ability to manage emotions, and reactions, and ability to go into relaxation mode, of both, your mind and your body.
